ALCOHOL REQUIREMENTS:

The following conditions apply to events at which alcohol is served:

• Special Occasions Permit liquor license required
• Minimum $2 million liability insurance, Cross liability and naming the Township of Wellesley as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance is required
• Two servers with SMARTSERVE certificate is required
• Some events will require security guards, please speak with the recreation scheduling administrator for more information
• Beer must be served in plastic cups, NO GLASS bottles
• Keys to premises will not be released until proof of all requirements listed is provided
