All companies operate and maintain their own services and all questions or inquiries can be directed to the provider. Water & WastewaterThe Region of Waterloo is responsible for supplying clean and safe drinking water to the residents of the Township. The wastewater system in the Wellesley Settlement area is managed by the Region of Waterloo and is the only wastewater system in the Township of Wellesley. All other settlement areas operate on private septic systems. Wellesley residents and businesses with a municipal water and/or wastewater connection receive water bills from the Region of Waterloo Finance Department. The Region has a paperless billing option as well as a direct withdrawal option adding convenience and flexibility in payment methods for customers.

When digging within Wellesley Township, it is legally required that all utilities are located prior to digging. In order to streamline this process, the province has set up the Ontario One Call system.
