There are three primary cable, phone and internet providers in the Township, Bell, Rogers and Mornington Communications who operate and maintain their own services. All questions and inquiries can be directed to the desired provider. Natural gas services are provided by Enbridge Gas (formerly Union Gas) and all questions and inquiries can be forwarded to Enbridge. Water and Sewer |
Water & WastewaterThe Region of Waterloo is responsible for supplying clean and safe drinking water to the residents of the Township. The wastewater system in the Wellesley Settlement area is managed by the Region of Waterloo and is the only wastewater system in the Township of Wellesley. All other settlement areas operate on private septic systems. Wellesley residents and businesses with a municipal water and/or wastewater connection receive water bills from the Region of Waterloo Finance Department. The Region has a paperless billing option as well as a direct withdrawal option adding convenience and flexibility in payment methods for customers.

Ontario One Call - Call before you dig
When digging within Wellesley Township, it is legally required that all utilities are located prior to digging. In order to streamline this process, the province has set up the Ontario One Call system.
