The Township of Wellesley has a number of facilities available for you to rent. You can view availability for all community centers online through your ActiveNet account under 'Reservations' Please note: you will NO LONGER be able to book Arena surfaces, ball diamonds or halls online . We have our ice in from approximately September to mid April. May to August there is no ice, but the arena can be rented for various activities. All inquiries and bookings must be done through the Rec Dept. by calling 519-699-9369 or emailing Michelle at mlamontagne@wellesley.ca |
| Ice Time Rental Fees |
| Ice time rentals are based on a 50 minute hour. The cost to rent ice depends on the time of day (prime time versus non-prime time hours.) Please see Fees and Charges By-law for pricing.
Insurance Requirements As per our rental conditions, facility users are required to have two million dollars in liability insurance any time they use a municipal facility. If your group already has insurance, a copy of your policy must be submitted to the Township of Wellesley one month prior to your rental. If your group does not have insurance, it can be purchased as a group rate through the Township, or purchased from any other insurance provider; however, you still have to provide a copy to the Township. Important: All insurance policies must name the "Township of Wellesley" as additional insured for the dates the facility is being used as well as cross liability. |

| Any event at a Township of Wellesley facility that will be serving or selling alcohol must adhere to the Townships Municipal Alcohol Policy. As a renter, it is your responsibility to ensure you are in compliance. |
