In an effort to make getting active with the Township of Wellesley Parks and Recreation even easier, we use an online facility booking system, ACTIVENET.
All current and new Township of Wellesley Facility users will be required to have an account.
The Township of Wellesley has a number of facilities available for you to rent. If interested in booking a community hall, or Gymnasium for a event, please complete the Booking Request Form. If you are interested in booking a field, pavilion, ice or ball diamond, call 519-699-9369 or email Michelle at mlamontagne@wellesley.ca
Please note: you will NO LONGER be able to book Arena surfaces, soccer fields, ball diamonds meeting rooms, gymnasium floor or halls online .

The Township of Wellesley has ice in from approximately mid-August (Wellesley Home Hardware Ice Pad), and mid-September (St. Clements Arena) to end of March to mid-April. May to July the arena dry floor can be rented for various activities. | Ice Time Rental Fees |
| Ice time rentals are based on a 50 minute hour. The cost to rent ice depends on the time of day (prime time versus non-prime time hours.) Please see Fees and Charges By-law for pricing.
Insurance Requirements As per our rental contract, facility users are required to have $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 in liability insurance any time they rent a municipal facility. If your group/organization already has an insurance policy, a copy of your policy must be submitted to the Township of Wellesley prior to the start of your rental. If your group does not have insurance, it may be purchased through the Township of Wellesley's third party provider, GameDay, or purchased from another insurance provider. Important: All insurance policies must name the "Township of Wellesley" as additional insured for the dates the facility is being used, cross liability, severability of interests and alcohol liability if alcohol is being served with proper permits. |

| Any event at a Township of Wellesley facility that will be serving or selling alcohol, the renters must adhere to the Townships Municipal Alcohol Policy. As a renter, you must complete this form and return to the office prior to your rental and it is your responsibility to ensure you are in compliance at all times. |
