The Township of Wellesley is committed to continuous improvement and open communication with the public in an approach where all feedback is dealt with fairly in a respectful, transparent manner, and as quickly as possible. Questions and requests for service may be made directly with the Township using the contact information contained on this website. Any issues that you come across may also be reported online.

Ombudsman Services

Anyone wishing to make a complaint against the Township must first seek resolution through the Township's internal complaint process prior to submitting a complaint with the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman provides services to residents to ensure that they have a local and efficient appeal process in case a complaint is not resolved directly with the Township. Ombuds services are provided through the Ontario Ombudsman.
