Compressed Work Week Calendar
After a one year pilot program, the Township of Wellesley has adopted a compressed work week beginning in July 2023. The compressed work week offers administration staff the option to work a flexible work arrangement and a four day work week, while extending the hours of operation at the municipal office. Each participating employee works four scheduled days per week, either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, with core staffed office hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm for public service. The calendar below shows the work schedule for each administrative staff position.
