After Hours

Report all after hours calls regarding Public Works or Recreation facilities by calling 519-575-4400. 

Ombudsman Services

Anyone wishing to make a complaint against the Township must first seek resolution through the Township's internal complaint process prior to submitting a complaint with the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman provides services to residents to ensure that they have a local and efficient appeal process in case a complaint is not resolved directly with the Township. Ombuds services are provided through the Ontario Ombudsman.
