Notice of a Public Meeting Concerning the 2024 Procedural By-law Review

Take notice that the Council of The Township of Wellesley will hold a public meeting at the Township of Wellesley Council Chambers, 4805 William Hastings Line, Crosshill, on Tuesday, September 24^th, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. to receive comments regarding the Draft Procedural By-law.

A copy of the Draft Procedural By-law is available on the Township of Wellesley website on the September 10^th, 2024 Committee of the Whole meeting agenda (page 6). An alternate format can be requested from the Deputy Clerk by contacting 519-699-3968 or via email to aharron@wellesley.ca.

Interested residents that would like to make comments regarding the Draft Procedural By-law are provided with the following options:

Written comments received by noon on Tuesday, September 24^th, 2024, will be included for Council’s consideration. Submissions can be made by:

Verbal submission

Residents wishing to make a verbal submission during the public meeting are asked to attend the Council meeting on Tuesday, September 24^th, 2024 at 6:45p.m., held at the Township of Wellesley Council Chambers, 4805 William Hastings Line, Crosshill or pre-register to provide their verbal submission virtually.

To register for a virtual verbal submission, please contact the Clerks Department at 519-699-3946 or via email at gkosch@wellesley.ca.

Written and verbal submissions will form part of the public meeting minutes record, including the name and address of the speaker. The minutes of the meeting will be posted on the Township’s website.

If you are interested in watching the public meeting and do not wish to make any comments you can do so by viewing the livestream YouTube feed at https://www.youtube.com/@itwellesley1764/streams or by selecting the YouTube logo on any page of the Township of Wellesley website.
