Notice of Complete Application for Draft Approval - Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amenedment

Pursuant to subsection 51(19) and 51(19.1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 13, as amended, the Township of Wellesley has received and accepted the above proposed plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment for review. The application and plan have been circulated, pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990, c. P.13, as amended and the procedures adopted by the Council of the Township of Wellesley, to determine how it conforms to applicable policies, programs and activities within the jurisdiction of each circulation agency.

Upon receipt of comments from these agencies, Township staff will provide a written report outlining any outstanding issues or concerns to be addressed, the facilities and services to be provided, the manner in which the applicant is to comply with any requested requirements and any changes to the plan required.

If required, we will contact the agent, Regional Staff, and the applicable agencies to discuss any concerns or details regarding the subject application.

Please be advised that further information may be required to assist Township staff in the review of the subject application. We will advise you immediately if such a need is identified.

Until such time as the circulation is complete and we have provided our written post-circulation report, we will not accept any revisions to the plan for recirculation.
