Purchasing and Accounts Payable

Finance is responsible for the administration of the Township of Wellesley's purchasing activity. Each department is responsible for their own purchases up to their authorized spending limit.

Accounts Payable pays the bills for the Township.

This includes payments for:

• invoices for goods and services
• petty cash
• leases
• refunds

Payment Frequency

Payments are done on a weekly basis, as needed.
